What we treat
Bed bugs
Bites in lines on the arms and shoulders, small rust marks on the mattress piping. Treated with residual product on the bed frame, skirting and furniture, with a second visit 10 to 14 days later to catch the newly hatched.
Fleas
Itchy ankles and pets scratching. Carpets, soft furniture and under-floor voids are treated together, because most of the problem lives in the carpet as eggs, not on the animal.
Kitchen ants
Pharaoh and black garden ants following a line to a nest under the patio or in the wall. Baiting carries the product back to the queen rather than killing only what you can see.
Cockroaches
German cockroaches in kitchens, bathrooms and bin stores. Gel baiting in the cracks and behind appliances, with a follow-up for restaurants and shared buildings.
Silverfish & carpet beetles
Damp bathrooms, bookshelves and wool carpets. We treat the harbourage and tell you what to change so it does not come back.
Moths, flies & spiders
Wardrobe moth treatment, fly screens for food rooms, and a general external spray around the property line in summer.
Before we arrive
- Vacuum and wash bedding at 60°C if bed bugs are suspected
- Clear the floor and pull beds a foot from the wall
- Keep pets out of the room until surfaces are dry
- Cover or remove fish tanks before any spray
- Leave cabinet doors open so we can treat the hinges
